Sun-drenched Farms

From the sun-drenched farms of Paraná and São Paulo, Brazil Santos is grown at 750–1,050M on volcanic loam soil by Fazenda Santa Barbara. Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties are pulped naturally and sun-dried — a process that locks in sweetness and produces one of the world's most approachable cups.
