Coffee — Always Free. Every coffee order ships free to the contiguous United States. No minimums, no catches.

Roasted to Order — Worth the Wait. Your coffee isn't roasted until your order arrives. Every bag is roasted fresh, then shipped at peak flavor — never sitting on a shelf. Please allow 3 business days for roasting before your order ships. 

How Your Coffee Ships:

The shipping method is selected based on what's best for your order:

• 1–12 oz — USPS First Class Mail
• 2–8 packages — USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
• 9+ packages — UPS Ground
  
  

Delivery Time: 

Once roasted and shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days. Total farm-to-door time is generally 6–8 business days. During the holiday season, please allow additional time.

Gear & Merch:

Standard shipping on gear and merch is $7.99. Orders over $85 ships free.

Canada (International Order):

Coffee ships to Canada for a flat $14.99. Because Mt. Baker's neighbors deserve great coffee too. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery — the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via your account on our store.

 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
• For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate and reship or refund as appropriate.
• 49° North Coffee Roasters is not responsible for packages marked delivered to the correct address.
