📦 Order Processing

  • Coffee & Consumables: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
  • Branded Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Hats & Gear): Print-on-demand items are produced after your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method.
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check current promotions at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations. Availability and rates are shown at checkout.
  • International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping charge.
  • 49° North Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

🖨️ Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Branded merchandise is fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner (Printful). Please note:

  • Production and shipping are separate stages — your tracking number will be provided once the item ships from the fulfillment facility.
  • Merch and coffee items ordered together may ship separately and arrive at different times.
  • Printful fulfillment centers are located across the US and EU — your order will ship from the facility closest to your delivery address.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via your account on our store.

 📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
  • For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and reship or refund as appropriate.
  • 49° North Coffee Roasters is not responsible for packages marked delivered to the correct address.
