Born on the Trail
49° North Coffee Roasters was born from two landscapes — the Pacific Northwest, where our love for coffee began, and the Texas Hill Country, where our rituals found their rhythm. Alaska runs through it all, wild and unhurried, reminding us what it means to slow down.
We curate small-farm coffees from around the world — selecting beans for their origin, process, and story. Each roast becomes a ritual, crafted with intention and designed for clarity, movement, grounding, or restoration.

We are curators, not roasters. We source exceptional beans through trusted partners — including Temecula Coffee Co., who works directly with small farms and micro-lot growers around the globe. Our role is to select with intention, craft the sensory identity and ritual experience behind each roast, and bring it to you with honesty and care. Every bag is designed to bring clarity, calm, and intention to your day.
