The Clean Coffee Project
All of the coffee we offer is produced to ensure it is free of mold and mycotoxins. We do spot testing to verify our process works — and we’re not shy about sharing the results.
Why We Started the Clean Coffee Project
We’re all about going the extra mile to ensure the best quality coffee. So, we sent our Fairtrade® Peru — Medium Roast to Eurofins Food and Chemistry Testing US, Inc., a respected independent lab, to check for anything that shouldn’t be in your coffee.
This lot came out particularly clean — heavy-metal-free and glyphosate-free. The results speak for themselves. Sip with peace of mind.
