All of the coffee we offer is produced to ensure it is free of mold and mycotoxins. We do spot testing to verify our process works — and we're not shy about sharing the results.
Introducing the Clean Coffee Project
Our coffee partner, Temecula Coffee Roasters, launched the Clean Coffee Project to give you complete confidence in what's in your cup — because not all coffee is created equal. Some can contain unwanted contaminants like mycotoxins, mold, yeast, and heavy metals.
Every coffee we offer is produced to be mold and mycotoxin-free. And this lot went a step further — independently tested by Eurofins Food and Chemistry Testing US, Inc. and confirmed heavy-metal-free and glyphosate-free.
